Whether you are fundraising an uncomfortable amount of money, or qualified by two seconds, just getting the CHANCE to run the Boston Marathon is an opportunity of a lifetime.

 

But great opportunities come with high stakes.

Every year there are people who train for the Boston Marathon but don't get the chance to race because they got injured. ​

​

And when that happens...it's devastating. That's why you need a plan.

So far, the runners who work with me from the beginning have a 100% SUCCESS RATE at getting to the finish line healthy.

 

I can't guarantee that Alterra's Boston Marathon Training Program will get you to the finish line without injury. But I CAN confidently say that your chances of finishing your race without injury are much better if we start from the beginning!​

Hey there! I'm Jordan

As a physical therapist and running coach with over 8 years of experience, I've made it my mission to help runners who feel stuck break through whatever's holding them back. I combine the latest research with real-world experience to create training that actually works for busy people.


I've worked with hundreds of runners at varying skill levels, but all of them (including myself) crave that feeling of achieving something beyond what they thought they could do.

Half of the battle of preventing running related injuries is understanding what injuries you are at risk for. You can't do every exercise or every recovery tactic, there's just not enough time! Your  evaluation will help you focus on the MOST important things.

My goal is to give you everything you need to succeed including hands on treatments, corrective exercises, training plan audits, and a strength and conditioning program that supports your running goals. Not to mention, access to the most up to date nutrition strategies and clinical pearls of wisdom.

Aches and niggles often turn into full blown injuries because they weren't adjusted for quickly enough. It's crazy what you can prevent by quickly responding to your body's signals! Our program gives you quick access to care to make sure that you don't get stuck waiting up to four precious training weeks just to be seen.
