MARATHON TRAINING PACKAGE

Whether you are running your first race ever or you're a seasoned veteran, working with a good physical therapist can make all the difference in your performance and injury prevention. Twelve 1:1 sessions

These 60 minute sessions will cater to your individual needs. In your first session, we will do a thorough evaluation to understand your specific needs. Whether you're dealing with a nagging injury, trying to keep one at bay, or shooting for a PR, we've got you covered.

Gait Assessment

We use a technology called runeasi along with slow motion video to perform a thorough running gait analysis. Many gait analysis tools leave you more confused than when you started. Runeasi is different. It can provide you feedback on your running form on the treadmill, or out on the road. Learn More

12 Week Strength Training Program

Strength training is an important part of training for a race. You will get a personalized strength program designed specifically for runners. Interested in small group training to get more guidance? Let us know!

Post-Race Normatec Session

Whether you are running a local race or one that is half way across the world, you can stop in for a free normatec session and celebrate your huge accomplishment by adding your polaroid to our finishers flag. And if you are running Boston, Alterra is conveniently located near the finish line for a post race shower!
